CAAA named us for IT admin
A DC research think-tank organization Council on African American Affairs, Inc. named us for supporting and administering its IT infrastructure.
CAAA has asked us to support and administer its e-mail service and entire IT system. CAAA has office LAN connecting several workstations, a network printer, a server and few laptop computers utilizing MS Windows technology.
We have installed advanced firewall to protect its network, upgraded the LAN backbone for efficient and managed network administration. Also implemented centralized system update management. Their network throughput has been considerably improved and their e-mail has been free of frequent downtime they used to suffer.
We also monitor network incidents remotely via secured VPN. Most of IT support cases were managed remotely to keep cost low.
